In case of such an unfortunate circumstance, Bona Furtuna guarantees your satisfaction by either sending you a replacement, a substitute, or, if you prefer, a refund for the item. Our commitment to quality extends to your personal satisfaction.

In the case of return, please email your order number and reason for return to orders@bonafurtuna.com. Note that you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from delivery date. We will process a refund within 1 business day upon receipt at our warehouse of any returned product.
